I drive an '02 I-35 Infiniti. I desperately need new tires but I don't know which are good.?

I would like to spend as little as possible, but I realize you get what you pay for. Also, I am in the Chicago area. Anyone heard of buy 3 get one free special? Seems I always hear those ads until I'm in the market for some, then it seems they stop running the commercials!! Driving style: Aggressive (only in good weather!) Most worried about: snow season.
