Photoshop Question...?

the link you posted isnt working for me, so I can only guess at what's going on. Did you draw the lines? If so, you can just use the eraser. If the lines are blue, they are 'ruler lines,' just use the move tool to drag them back onto to the on screen rulers on the side (window -> rulers).
