Do you think my boyfriend is talking to another woman/ Two symptoms included?

when we first met he had a strong opinion about cheating. he would even pinpoint anything romantic that a guy friend would tell about me to him. Now it seems he stays quiet when i talk to him about crappy articles I find online about cheating. He also does not show any kind of jealousy towards my only one guy friend whom I call brother. One year ago I played spades with him online. When my boyfriend heard about it he felt extremely hurt and said he wished he knew how to play the game. But now nothing like that. Are they symptoms that my boyfriend is talking to another woman?
