Who is correct Sachin or Dhoni about the participation of "age" for 20-20 overall?

With full respect to the legendary Sachin Tendulkar, one must say that he IS a bit wrong in his statement. So far in the IPL, the young Indian players have been the main differences between teams. While the Royals have many good young stars, the Chargers hardly have any. The ones who have made their mark have generally been youngsters like Ashoke Dinda, Laxmi Shukla and Wriddhiman Saha for the Knight Riders, Pragyan Ojha and Rohit Sharma for the Chargers, Asnodkar, Yousuf Pathan and Kaif for the Royals, Kohli for the Royal Challengers, Parthiv Patel and of course Dhoni for the Super Kings, Nehra and Uthappa for the Indians, Sreesanth and Pathan for the King's XI:Punjab, Gambhir and Yomahesh for the Daredevils etc, and many more. However, when we talk about the seniors, there have been just a few stand-out performances. Pollock, Jaysuria, Warne, Ganguly and Gilchrist to some extent, McGrath, Hayden Hussey and some others have been useful, but the majority including Tendulkar himself, Dravid, Styris, Afridi, Gibbs, Agarkar, Zaheer, Kumble, Harbhajan, Muralitharan, Symonds, Ponting, Hodge and many others have not performed to expectations. They have been unable to show any willingness to fight. So, their teams have lost mainly. Thus, it can be said that young blood is needed to win T-20's.
