I've noticed that the company I work for have had trouble recruiting young new members. I know that we have one recruitment member on the north end of Nugget Bridge, but he seems to be having little success. Is it that he is just not doing his job, is there a lack of youth available to employ, or does or organisation just have a bad image? What are the best ways to tackle this problem from a business standpoint? What are your hints for a more successful recruitment rate?
