What do they ask in the interview for joining CELTA course? How to prepare for the interview? Is there a test?

I would like to know about the level and type of questions in the pre CELTA (Certificate for English Language Teaching to Adults) interview. Will there be a test also? What elements (Eg. Listening comprehension, Reading, Speakin,Writing etc) will be tested ? Please provide more light on these areas.
