What Camera Do they use In Magazines?For Glamour Shots?Is it Digital?

I Really Enjoy Taking Picts of myself and my friends, but I wanna Take Pictures like a Pro, capturing unexpected moments and stolen shots especially is my favorite! I also Use Photoshop for picture editing but I dont think its enough.Anyone who has tips for me? Is the camera really a big factor or does it depend on your creativity? I only practice and use Point and shoot cameras, is it even good enough?
