There are recipes all over the place. I recommend to oned from Papazian's books until you become more adept. The bad news for you is that all the recipes are for 5-gallon batches of beer. It does not pay to make smaller batches, considering that you would get only about 8 portions from it after a month of processing. Wine, on the other hand, could be made in smaller batches, although, with a limitless supply of gs, you might want to make larger batches of wine too. BTW, you won't need yeast nutrient for g wines.
