Pat Kane should play for Team USA since that DUI ADD pot smoking bum Michael Phelps was allowed to participate?

The agencies responsible for Phelps and for Kane are completely separate. I'm not certain what Phelps national program is called, but Kane would follow the USA Hockey program. So it's up to USA Hockey whether or not Kane is allowed to be honoured with a request to play for them at the upcoming Olympics.
