Do's Clomid & Metformin work the first time?

Hi. my husband and I have been trying to conceive for over 3 years now. I am 25 and found out that I have PCOS. I’m on Clomid and Metformin and I was just wondering in anyone got pregnant on the first try of taken these medications. It’s very frustrating at times I find myself day dreaming a lot of having a baby. I start crying every time I go shopping and see all the baby clothes… I have to see my doctor on Thursday to see if there is any Follicles… I am just praying that this will work..
